Step 2: To own a Punchai Land having an area of 2 Acres (for Village Panchayath Only) in the name of the Trust / Society

Step 3: To LEASE the land to the Proposed School for 15 consecutive years

Step 4: To obtain DTCP approval for the proposed plan

Step 5: To obtain NOC & RECOGNITION from the State Government for the proposed level

Step 6: To get Affiliation from the CBSE for the proposed level
