Step 1: To have a registered Trust / Society
Step 2: To own a Punchai Land having an area of 2 Acres (for Village Panchayath Only) in the name of the Trust / Society
Step 3: To lease the land to the Proposed School for 15 consecutive years
Step 4: To obtain DTCP approval for the proposed plan
Step 5: To obtain OPENING PERMISSION from the Direcorate of Private School
Step 6: To obtain TR from the Direcorate of Private School
